Patients who are currently established and actively receiving treatment with Perfect Balance Infusion Spa may remain on previously agreed-upon pricing. Any changes to existing patient pricing will be communicated directly and in advance. No pricing changes will be applied retroactively.

• IV Ketamine Infusion – Standard (1 Hour) Typically used for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related mood disorders.

• A la Carte: $500 per session 6-Session Mood / Booster Package: $2,500 total ($417 per session)

• IV Ketamine Infusion – Extended (2 Hours) Recommended for patients requiring longer or higher-dose infusions, including certain chronic pain or complex mood presentations. A la Carte: $750 per session

• 6-Session Mood / Booster Package: $3,750 total ($625 per session)

• IM Ketamine Treatment (1 Hour) Intramuscular ketamine may be offered as an alternative to IV treatment for select patients based on clinical evaluation.

• A la Carte: $425 per session 6-Session Mood / Booster Package: $2,250 total ($375 per session)

New Patients

• IV Ketamine Induction Series (New Patient Program) Includes 3 standard (1-hour) IV ketamine infusions and 3 extended (2-hour) IV ketamine infusions. Total Price: $3,200

  • This price includes initial consultation with a licensed provider, treatment planning, ongoing clinical assessment, and coordination with the patient’s established mental health providers when applicable.

Insurance and Payment info

Insurance, FSA, and HSA Ketamine therapy is typically not covered by insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards for medically indicated ketamine treatment. Coverage depends on individual plan guidelines.
